Posted .Thanks for your feedback, our JBL Tune Buds comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If this does not resolve the problem please contact our customer support.

Bad JBL Buds

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can honestly say I'm disappointed with these JBL earbuds, when you have them on it sounds like they are barely on the ear like its not on the ear really well and the noise cancelation is not that good you can still hear noise on the outside and fact that you can't use the noise cancelation when making phone calls is not good at all especially if you are in a noisy place I'm sticking with the beats fit pro buds

ANC is amazing
