Posted .We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Tune Buds. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. We also recommend considering larger ear tips from third-party sellers. If you need more help, please contact us.

They are very uncomfortable, and they keep falling out. If you only use one of them, the ambient sound is not canceled, and when you have both of them on, and you take one off, the sound it makes hurts. Overall, it made me angry me to use them, and the person on the other end too! The noise where I was at would be amplified when on a call. -5 stars if I could

I'm not to big on buds but these weren't to bad on comfort and sound. Everyone has a preference so do your homework before purchasing.
