Awesome earbuds

Used them at the gym with the right gels to fit my ears. The sound is way low even with the sound turned all the way up and the noise cancelling on. The top opens easily snd one of the buds fell out in my pocket. Needless to say i will be returning them tomorrow.

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. For your JBL Tune Buds TWS to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
