First, try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

The only problem is the ear pads are too short and cause them to fall out. Once replaced with longer ones for $5 they work great, but the must be removed to charge. Good battery life.

I use them at the gym for a few hrs every week. I typically listen at full volume with noise canceling on. So far I've only had to charge them 1 time. The sound quality is clear with no distortion and good base. Chose these because they were in the middle as far as driver size and battery life.

Love the ability that they can connect to two different Bluetooth devices at the same time. Makes having the item for that one reason amazing. The battery life has also been great, it’s nice that you can activate certain options by pressing on the headphone. I’d recommend this to those looking for a great affordable headphone.

I had these headphones for about 3 or 4 months and my left ear bud have very low volume. I went to the website and followed all the instructions and even factory reset it for it to still now work properly.
