They stay snugging my ear. I’m a runner they haven’t fallen out once I work out they don’t fall out love them a definite must if looking for earbuds.

I do think the sound and quality is good I just have tiny ear canals and they did not work for me.

I gave it a 4 star because the noise cancelling was not as clean as I wanted. Most noise was blocked but not all. However, for the price it was a good purchase. Will use them as I exercise.
