They sounded very good though

The app makes everything far more interesting and the control is seamless. I always wanted to have an app with the ability to change the settings on my headphones. And with this it makes everything easy and controllable thanks JBL

Additionally, if you receive or make a call while connected, it disconnects immediately after answering. It’s also not very comfortable to wear. Mine stopped working after three months and no longer holds a charge.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, when answering the call, change the audio route setting in Settings. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
Bad charging design

Controls are mediocre, no volume control on earpieces. Repeatedly fails to charge, even after following JBL's cleaning instructions. This includes the original pair and the replacement pair I got
