Defeats the purpose of noise cancellation and using them in general. I bought a cheaper pair of JBLs a year or 2 ago and they were great so I decided to upgrade but apparently that was the wrong decision. Can’t believe I’m already having issues with them especially since they aren’t used on a daily basis. Very disappointed and a waste of my hard earned money. Too late I’m sure for a return.

Decent headphones for price

Even after cleaning the charge points on both device and case it still does not charge.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Your JBL Tune Flex comes with one open ear tip and 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact us.

They also fall out constantly. I’ve tried every ear bud suction cup and they still don’t stay in. I hate the buttons on them too. They fall out so much I had to turn off the controls bc it would pause my music putting them back in and not hit play again when I touched them again. Most frustrating head phones I’ve ever had. I hate them so much lol
