I was not able touse them, as they are too large and did not fit in my ears. 3 stars because he loves them, but I didn't even get to use them because they are very large.

They kept falling out of my ears when i started to use them for a phone call and when they were just being used for audio. I have still been on the look out for some decent headphones.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback about the JBL Tune Flex. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. It also has three different sizes of interchangeable rubber eartips. You may also switch from an open eartip to your preferred rubber eartip and vice versa. Ive havd the same problemwith galaxy buds. I think its the silicone they use. These can cause an ear infection that takes months to clear up without using them for more than 2 mins once. Very disappointed.

This set is for one of my sons; he loves them. He is sensory, so it's been challenging to find a set he actually likes. Now his brother wants the same ones!

Posted .Thanks for your feedback, for our JBL Tune Flex. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your JBL Tune Beam is within the 1-year warranty we recommend contacting our customer support.
