Posted .Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, our JBL Tune Flex has a 1-year warranty period upon purchase, please feel free to contact our customer support so we can assist you further with your concern.
Not great.. even cheap Amazon ones work better..

I was immediately unimpressed and disappointed when i put these in my ears. They are a little chunky so they dont sit right. Also, the audio quality is very quiet even turning them all the way up and the bass is extremely lacking. Returned them after a few days.

You may try the different sizes of eartips to see which best fits with your ear.
