    Horrible, I ended up buying 3 and they were all faulty until I threw them away and bought another Jabra..

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. First, try it with different music apps. If the issue remains, try turning off or on the EQ on your device's settings and enhance the bass slightly. Then, pair your earbuds with other devices to identify any source device issues. Lastly, reset the earbuds by double-tapping them and holding the button for over five seconds while they are powered on and not charging. You may have to 'forget' the device on your unit to reconnect it. Please contact us if you need more help. JBL

    too many problems, failures with the battery one charge and the other not

To isolate the issue with your JBL Tune Flex. try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as a foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process.     I bought these earphones and they only worked for a couple days.

      Thanks for your feedback. If your JBL Tune Flex earbuds has no sound issue, you can try manually pairing the buds by putting the buds from their charging case and removing them again. You can also do a reset with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the issue persists, please be informed that all our products come with a one-year warranty.     Not a good fit nor does the ear plugs fit headset.

      We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with our JBL Tune Flex. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips or replace the open eartips with the sealing eartips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. JBL

    JBL earbuds

    I bought these black earbuds for work and they seem to be good so far. I like that they are super lightweight and give me the option for noise cancelling sound or ambiance aware sound. the sound quality is decent for the price. the only thing that bugs me about these earbuds is that sometimes they slip out of my ear.

    Don’t get me wrong. I like these buds. They are much more comfortable than ipods for sure. And the sound is quite good. But, “noise cancelling”? Not. Maybe mine don’t work and I should trade them in. But cannot hear any noise cancelling when I queue it. With my past buds it was very noticeable. Bummer.

    Long charge, good sound quality. Like them better than the Apple AirPods. Minus one star because I have trouble keeping them in my ears during workouts, but I think this is from having super small ears.

    These JBL are amazing! The battery life lasted 5 days without charging! I will use them 2-5 hours a day! They don’t fall out my ear when I workout! Very convenient!

    Overall, an excellent product. Very good sound quality, and they accurately reproduce a wide dynamic range. My only complaint is the same for most ear buds of this type: They fit well when I first put them in my ears, but tend to slide out over time. It’s a pain having to adjust them every 10 minutes or so, but mostly worth the inconvenience.

    They sound awesome and the bass is amazing. I use them daily and the charge last pretty long as indicated . I would definitely buy jbl again they never disappoint .
