Nothing but problems and inconveniences. I have been using these for 2 weeks and they are extremely disappointing. These are valued at $100, but they aren't worth that price. The main issues are connectivity and touchy controls. The right earbud stopped working and won't connect. I tried resetting many times and it just won't connect. The controls are so touchy, any minor adjustment for ear fit/comfortably reaults in the controls being activated. They don't have any sensors in the ear pieces either, so removing a bud won't pause your music or shut off the controls. The noise cancelation works okay but it's nothing special. The only reason why I'm not giving one star, is because the sound quality is really good. It's a shame everything else is so bad. Honestly, spend a little more and get Airpods or something similar.

JBL has always been one of my best electronic products for a long time. Weather its Earbuds, Headphones. Love the smooth and quiet sounds. You can't go wrong!

Unfortunately, they’re not cut out for calls outside or a place where there’s some ambience. People have a very hard time listening to you. Even worse when there’s some breeze. On the other hand, they’re great for music and movies!

These have been great ear buds. They are comfortable and stay in your ears. The noise canceling and the other features are nice. Thw only downside is you can't use a wireless charger. Other than that they are perfect

These earbuds have incredible sound and great bass. The only thing that's a letdown is that you can't adjust the volume.

Its has been a good product, but after using for about less than an a year, the right pod volume decreased by half. It wasn't because of not cleaning for sure. I would recommend buying it.

When I bought these I didn't realize it was from a third party. Although that was partially my fault for not reading all the small print. They work okay. The sound is pretty good. The battery life is terrible. The price was also not good. As I lost the case and one of the earbuds about a week after I bought them. I went to Target and the newer version was on sale for the exact same price I paid for these.

These earbuds were used to replace an old set of earbuds. I tried many types and always had trouble with them fitting in my ear correctly. These fit and stay no matter what I am doing so it works for me. They sound great

The sound is amazing! True to JBL standards. The included tips make fitting them to my ears easy. Noise canceling is very nice.

My son uses these primarily when he distance walks. They stay securely in ear and provide excellent sound from his IPhone.

Great sound and fit great. I like the case and ease of conectivity.

Pros: sound quality good and battery life is decent. Cons: price is steep for the value in my opinion. Constantly knock them out of ears working on things. None of the sizes for the inside cushion fit me properly and hurt my ear where they sit after about an hour of use.

I've had these for 2 years now and they are absolutely hands down the best headphone I've used. I accidentally washed them once. They didn't work for about 3 days and then suddenly their function was restored back to normal. These things sound incredible. They perform as if the price is double for the value. Amazing product with incredible sound quality.
