Also I have to stick a piece of paper in the case for the headphones to charge.

Sounds good but wearing is painful

I don’t know if it’s the material or the shape, but they certainly do not work out for me.

I really like the find my ear bud feature in the app. It made finding my lost ear bud really easy. Overall it's a great product.
