I got this as the battery of my previous JLab wireless headset couldn't charge anymore. This JBL wireless headset is actually running well than I expected since I was debating to to this or Beat/Boss

it works very well and syncs instantly—the quality of the sounds is good.

Gives you the ultimate submerged music experience with the noise cancelling setting, would highly recommend.

Good quality for the price. The only reason it doesnt have 5 stars is i got them to listen to youtube on my computer and they have a small static noise. The noise isnt there when its my phone so maybe its the bluetooth in my computer

I really wanted to like these. I have never tried JBL before but this will be my last time. The first pair I had, I used maybe 5 times over a two week span. After which, the right earbud sounded like bass boosted trash. I could not hear anything from it. It sounded like I was a teenager jamming to hard rock on full volume for weeks on end. I am guessing the speaker got blown or something, even though the problem occured overnight while in the charging case. When I put them in there, they were not like that. I was able to exchange them for another pair and these worked fine for maybe a month. Now, they won't charge. The case is fully charged, I have cleaned the connector points to ensure the buds are seated properly. They just won't charge. Wasted money. Terrible experience, will never buy JBL again. I do not recommend you buy this. Even if you get it on sale, it's not worth it. I got it on sale as well. Not worth it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great design, I love the little storage case for the ear tips, case came fully charged, but I can't even get them to stay in my ears for 5 seconds. they fall right out regardless of the ear tip size I try. I'm sure they work great for people with different ear shapes than mine, they just don't work for me unfortunately.

Great quality! Eat to set up. Only request for improvement would be wireless charging.

I like JBL products, they are the best in audio and comfort, at work and in the gym they are very comfortable to use.

Great price, but for me just not loud enough, but I also don’t think AirPods are very loud either. But that’s my opinion. I have no hearing issues , my hunt continues to find earphones that are loud and a good price. Thank you
