Decent headphones for price

Even after cleaning the charge points on both device and case it still does not charge.

Not a crystal clear voice.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Your JBL Tune Flex comes with one open ear tip and 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. They also fall out constantly. I’ve tried every ear bud suction cup and they still don’t stay in. I hate the buttons on them too. They fall out so much I had to turn off the controls bc it would pause my music putting them back in and not hit play again when I touched them again. Most frustrating head phones I’ve ever had. I hate them so much lol
