Superior to any of the wireless buds I have tried and the options for different fits are amazing. The bestbuy app also helped the ordering process on this so much. I would 10/10 recommend both.

Great affordable earbud

They are okay

Also I have to stick a piece of paper in the case for the headphones to charge.

It's OK for bus and train ride

Pairing is easy and it hooked up to my phone with no problem, but you should install JBL Headphones app to "fine tune". I used the largest ear plugs and wear it loose (too tight in makes ANC ineffective). Moreover, I disabled touch function on both sides to avoid mis operation. Bass is a bit more especially on "open" mode even I disabled EQ. ANC is OK for the train and bus and it blocks out some.
