The earbuds come with ear adaptors to fit your ear.. I tried all of them and the earbud keeps falling out. These are not for me. The cancellation part is not true.. you can clearly hear when you have them on. The volume is poor. Dear JBl please hear our feeback.. $60.00 is not a good price for these.. more like $20.00. Your better off getting some earbuds from Burlington.

Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. They rarely charge correctly, and they constantly connect to my phone while in the case charging . I have always had good luck with JBL product but these are a FAIL

They kept falling out of my ears when i started to use them for a phone call and when they were just being used for audio. I have still been on the look out for some decent headphones.
