Case was a little tidious almost feels like you have to try to open it a little more then typical cases. In my case individual use would get about 7 hours before recharge but charges quick. Overall good

I would even say that they are even better than Apple AirPods. The sound quality is the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a replacement earbud give these a chance you won’t be disappointed. The Best Buy representative in the store recommended them and I am highly satisfied.

May be I got refurbished one , or it was default in original product . But voice is not audible during phone calls

Aside from that, they sound great, connect nearly flawlessly, and they have magnificent range.

They have had charging issues for the majority of the time I've had them, and the fit has never been as nice as I hoped. I got them because they looked like old AirPods (I don't like the new ones), but the fit is different. They cannot be used for workouts at all, which is a big drawback for me. The noise canceling is weird too. Currently making a warranty claim on them because each day I have no idea if they actually charged in the case or not. Hoping the next set is more reliable.
