The battery duration is also very lengthy, however my issue is how the buds feel in ear. After a few days my ears hurt and it is very discomforting. I tried all sizes on the silicone attachments, and none as well to no avail it still was uncomfortable in ear.

I’m very happy with these. And the app allows you to find a missing ear bud if you lose one as well as can have google fine both while in the case so misplacing them isn’t as stressful

Pairing is easy and it hooked up to my phone with no problem, but you should install JBL Headphones app to "fine tune". I used the largest ear plugs and wear it loose (too tight in makes ANC ineffective). Moreover, I disabled touch function on both sides to avoid mis operation. Bass is a bit more especially on "open" mode even I disabled EQ. ANC is OK for the train and bus and it blocks out some.

This is a minor one, but if you're using some legacy devices (2016 or earlier), when watching videos and opening other applications at the same time, bluetooth stops working, and have to restart bluetooth pairing process. Pros: Battery life is good, getting 4-5 hrs on a full charge.
