The app is a big help with setting them up to your likings and a big plus with the ability to make a loud sound to locate a lost earbud. I needed it the first week i got them, lol.

This one’s has an amazing sound quality that matches Bose’s earbuds.. The fitting tips throughout the settings in the App it’s just so cool and easy to use.. Just amazing, amazing.. A+

For the price, they have fairly decent noise cancellation and the sound quality overall is great. Would buy again.

I wish I had great this to say about this product but is really hard to use in so many ways. But my worst complaint is that is way to uncomfortable to use. so im going to return the product.

Our JBL Tune Flex comes with different open ear tips and sealing ear tips. Experiment with different sizes to see which ones fit your ears best.
