Have had 2 pairs, both are broken. Regret.

I have never tried JBL before but this will be my last time. The first pair I had, I used maybe 5 times over a two week span. After which, the right earbud sounded like bass boosted trash. I could not hear anything from it. It sounded like I was a teenager jamming to hard rock on full volume for weeks on end. I am guessing the speaker got blown or something, even though the problem occured overnight while in the charging case. When I put them in there, they were not like that. I was able to exchange them for another pair and these worked fine for maybe a month. Now, they won't charge. The case is fully charged, I have cleaned the connector points to ensure the buds are seated properly. They just won't charge. Wasted money. Terrible experience, will never buy JBL again. I do not recommend you buy this. Even if you get it on sale, it's not worth it. I got it on sale as well. Not worth it.

The only reason it doesnt have 5 stars is i got them to listen to youtube on my computer and they have a small static noise. The noise isnt there when its my phone so maybe its the bluetooth in my computer
