Defeats the purpose of noise cancellation and using them in general. I bought a cheaper pair of JBLs a year or 2 ago and they were great so I decided to upgrade but apparently that was the wrong decision. Can’t believe I’m already having issues with them especially since they aren’t used on a daily basis. Very disappointed and a waste of my hard earned money. Too late I’m sure for a return.

Decent headphones for price

Even after cleaning the charge points on both device and case it still does not charge.

To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact us.
