    sound quality is fine. the buttons are tiny and highly sensitive so I'm constantly turning something on or off inadvertently. it's pretty annoying. also there are different audio settings, but I can't tell the difference between any of them. also the ear buds are tucked tightly into the case so they're not so easy to take out or put back in (and there's the same issue of the buttons)

      Thanks for your feedback for our JBL Tune Flex, our JBL Tune Flex is compatible with the JBL Headphones app, the app will allow you to modify the heptic touch feature from left/right earbuds for your convenience, you can also modify the equalizer settings to produce the sound to your preference.     I bought these headphones as a gift and initially there was a malfunction with one of the earbuds. I ended up exchanging them for a new pair and Best Buy made the whole process quick and easy! The new pair works perfectly and they pair very easily to our devices. I would recommend.

    The sound is good, but the fit is bad. I tried changing the rubber ear tips but at least once a week I am picking them up off the floor.
