Huge disappointment very poor volume rapidly degra

They never where that loud but as I wear them the saound is so low now that I can hear people wisper next to me. They really are the worst ear buds I have ever used. I typically buy J Labs or Skull candy for 30 to 40 bucks and the sound quality is far superior. These are the first 100 dollar high end ear buds I have pulled the trigger on and I am extremely disapointed. I love JBL so this makes it hard to write but I really feel they should pull these from the market if indeed they are all like mine. I tried cleaning them because it was recommended by JBL but this didnt do anything.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. In order for your JBL Tune Flex to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. First, try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Next, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and the balance control on the JBL Headphone or One App. Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You get what you pay for

I wasn’t able to find a perfect tip to fit my ears so there is some loss of sound. I have had more premium buds before so can’t complain to much for what I paid.

Earphone sizing

Buy Better Ones

Feel like the quality of the audio is poor as well. Adjusted audio settings but not very satisfied with these earbuds. Mic quality is okay at best.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. For sound quality issue, this instance is sometimes caused by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you still find the sound quality insufficient, you can control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the bass levels and desired music mode. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the sound quality, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.

<WARNING> jbl is cheap, low quality garbage

JBL Brand is cheap garbage you have been warned do not buy they will break shortly and Warranty will downgrade your replacement. my JBL's broke on me just over a year and I've had a case open for over a year and a half since then And they were unable to replace with same model they refuse to upgrade To repair that is cheaper than the model I bought they want to give me a downgraded cheapest model and have been giving me the runaround for over a year and a half. DO NOT BUY JBL!!!

False advertising

Even after switching out the default fittings for the discs to actually cover the ear, and installing the app, they do NOTHING for ambient noise, at all. There's 6 settings on the app, and only #2 changed anything which just made a dull humming.

It falls off on my ear

You can try the "Check My Best Fit" banner in JBL Headphones App to walk you through getting the best fit and will let you know when you've accomplished it. high pitch beeping noise

Left earbud stopped properly connecting to the "base" and was constantly making high pitch beeping noise. I asked for a replacement and the replacement had the same issue

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Tune Flex, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. On the other hand if you're experiencing low sound we recommend trying different sealing eartip sizes if this does not resolve the issue. Our JBL tune flex is compatible with the JBL Headphones App, you can use the app to modify the sound to your preference. If this does not resolve the issue please contact our customer support.
