I wish I had great this to say about this product but is really hard to use in so many ways. But my worst complaint is that is way to uncomfortable to use. so im going to return the product.

I lost my 1st gen airpod pros and was looking for a solid pair without breaking the bank. Gave these a spin and at first I thought they were fine, but then noticed all the little things like getting them out the case and trying to adjust them in ear without accidentally pressing pause. Tried them at the gym and music doesnt get loud enough to get you through a work out. The final straw for me was when i was using them for my commute to work in the city - the noice cancelling is TRASH. Ended up getting the lastest gen airpod pros and difference is night and day. So much better. If you need headphones for light use, these will do. Anything else - i wouldnt bother.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. For your JBL Tune Flex to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Also, the Active Noise Cancelling level can be adjusted on our JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact us.

I love how the app has so many different options and settings that offer all the control that I need. Noise cancel also great, especially when I wear at night when going to sleep. It blocks out everything!!

Using the ear adapters, if you want to hear the bass, on the app, select no ear adapters. I know, it should reversed but it works!

From aesthetics to performance, they deliver. The case is small and compact, and the earbuds themselves are very good made. I would recommend them, and i would definitely consider them again if I ever need another pair.

Wayyyyyy cheaper than airpods but are the same, if not then better. There is one small thing I don't like, and that's how sensitive the earbuds are. But it's not a major problem!
