Sounds good but wearing is painful

I don’t know if it’s the material or the shape, but they certainly do not work out for me.

The sound is clear, but definitely flat. They are good audio book or meeting headphones, but as for gym or audio quality these are not the ones.

Still can’t get it to work. Don’t even see it as an option. All other features including the ANC work wonderfully.
