Fantastic build quality but falls out of my ears

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great design, I love the little storage case for the ear tips, case came fully charged, but I can't even get them to stay in my ears for 5 seconds. they fall right out regardless of the ear tip size I try. I'm sure they work great for people with different ear shapes than mine, they just don't work for me unfortunately.

Noise canceling could be improved it depends on the ear tips you wear. These in ear headphones have sealing tips or regular. These have a unique feature with noise cancelation, ambient aware, and talk through.
