Do not stay in your ears

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Flex, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

What really bugs me is that my audio preferences get nulled if I use 1 ear bud and have to use standard settings. Picks up and amplifies high pitched sounds. Sounds nice at first but does not last

Bought these to have hands-free calling while working, but the speakers were sub-par, and people could barely understand me when I used these to talk on the phone. Returned.

For one, they are very difficult to get out of the case. Second, the touch controls on the earbud are so sensitive that any time they are touched, just to move or adjust them it either turns the phone off, or mutes it, or does something else. I almost never write reviews, but thought it important to share this.
