    Very disappointed in this product for the money my wife paid for this item. The Bluetooth quality is terrible. No one can hear me when I call them and my music constantly goes in and out. Going to return them ASAP.

    Within a Few days of the use suddenly the left ear bud just stop working. It didn't charge in its case it didn't even connect to my mobile device it just went completely dead for no apparent reason.

    Bought these for my husband birthday! The sound is awesome listening to music, bug you cannot talk on the phone on these headphone hard to understand what is being said!

    Brought these because I was tired of using the corded headphones and these went out on me, the right ear bud wouldn’t charge right had to sit it in the charger a certain way in order for it to charge, sometimes the person that I am talking to couldn’t hear me. I asked the sales associate we’re these some good ones and she said yes but I wouldn’t buy them again. I spent 100 dollars on them an now I don’t even use them.

    I was excited to buy these eat buds, they are just ok. The sound is ok, they are rather large. They work for what I want them for but would not buy them again.

    Play back audio was good but the call quality was lacking callers said it sounded like I was in a tunnel. Also wouldn't connect to the jbl app.

    Have had it for 3 months and the right one stopped working. I literally have to literally scream when I’m on phone calls. Really bad. I got tired of them a month ago and just decided to use them again and I realized the right one isn’t working. Please help.

    Only lasted a month. They were great for a month. Bass was good and all. I was on the treadmill and the right ear went out. Put it back in the little box to charge and it never would charge again.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It is not uncommon to have charging problems with our JBL - TUNE125TWS True Wireless In- ear Headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the ear buds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt.

      If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case.
      You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning.

      Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. It is important to perform this process periodically to keep your headphones clean, thus avoiding affecting the charging speed/quality.

      Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.

      Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed.

      Try cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish charging also.
      This procedure can be performed on all TWS earphones and cases.​
