    I thought this was going to be a great product, volume very low minimal bass even after installing app to control eq.

      Thanks for the feedback. Please try performing a reset by pressing and holding Volume + and Volume – for more than 5 seconds while the headphones are turned on. They should power off and reboot to factory settings. You may also need to forget the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings and pair them again.
