No, this product doesnt make you as strong as the rock but you will feel a overall confidence of the product while you workout. This product is great and i support it 100%. Dont take it running when there is crazy wind.

It was a great birthday present. From what he tells me he loves the side button that lowers the music so you can stop and hear someone talking to you with out having to take one side off.

I needed headphones that sounded good and could hold up to a workout from the physical abuse to even the sweat. This can do it and more! I am very happy with them and highly recommend them!

Only good for the gym

The sound on this is great but isn't loud enough. I need my head to be rocking at the gym. I would not wear these outside of the gym
