First two were exchanged because the Ambient Aware didn’t work (I have a pair of the regular Under Armour ones that work great). This third pair doesn’t work either. I’ve given up and will return for a refund. Shame as they look and fit great. Contacted JBL, who make them and they said it was a common problem. Likely this first batch, another batch coming in March, maybe I’ll try again then.

One of my last reviews probably had it as the best base and sound. When all the way up you cant hear anything. My long term complaints are the connectivity. Some how they stay charged almost like a fast charge but i havent been able to keep a good magnetic connection to the charger. The insane battery life balances that but i no longer can leave it in the charger hanging. Ill answer the phone or connect to my car and not until resently did i figure out that it was loose in the case connecting. I just leave if in the black case. I drill holes into if so i can hang that. Huge complaint is theyre horrible for phone calls. Connectivity issues constantly causes me to just use my phone. Theyll say reset and youll catch yourself reseting everyday. I use the old wired iphone headphones for phone calls now. Crystal clear. If youre an intense sweater, these will tickle/ annoy the inside of your ears. I constantly have to dry it and my ear. Last complaint, you cant just leave these in or just leave one in. Im on here writing my last review because im about to buy new headphones
