I purchased this for my son who is away in college as a birthday gift. He loves it and said it’s really great to use during workout. However, it stopped charging after 3 weeks. Thankfully Best Buy processed an exchange and mailed a replacement to my son. The entire process was very easy. Thank you for providing great customer service, Best Buy!

So far, so good. Nothing to really complain about for now.

These headphones are made for the gym. The materials are good for dealing with sweat. My only complaint is that fit was too tight. I have to constantly take off the headphones to relieve some of the pain. The tight fit is good when working out but it just a little bit too much

Well made, sound great, and they work like they should.

The sound quality is good, noise cancellation is average and the ear cushions are super soft and washable. I did have to return them, the fit was so snug that they gave me a headache during a 30min run and I have a smaller than average head.

Headphones are really load and great for working out

These headphones are very good for working out. Please note that they are NOT noise canceling as this is not something you probably want when running outside on streets. Only major criticism is there is no warning when the battery is running out - the system just turns off. I expect more from a $150+ system.

I could never find headphones that fit correctly for running. They were either too big for my ears and would fall off or I couldn't hear the music during my run because all the moving. These work perfectly for my runs and workouts. Love them!

Love these headphones for everyday use and especially in the gym. I've always used in-ear headphones and wanted to give these a try. I love them so far. Only con would be they tend to get hot on your ears if you are working out hard - as long as you can deal with that, these are great.

The headphones are not that loud and are not over the ear. Good for workouts but not very heavy lifting as it does not have loud sound or bass I was looking for. The skullcandy crusher is a better buy

I wanted headphones for my jogs. I sweat a lot so water resistance was a priority. These headphones are a little bit heavier than your typical workout headphones. Headphones come with a case, charging cables, and instructions. The case is very nice and looks heavy duty. Headphones come with a soft ear covers so they went irritate ears. The covers are removable so you can wash later. I believe the right side has a button to lower sound so you can hear outside noise. In order to change song you’ll have to hold the fast forward button. I did not like it because it felt it would break over time. The sound quality is great just like other jbl headphones. I will be honest the volume is not loud enough for me. Either way still good sound. The battery life is great. I have t charged it since I got these headphones. It’s been almost 2 months and I’ve jogged 2-3 times a week. Bottom line I like these headphones, they look great and sound great. Very sturdy and heavier than other headphones but either way they are great for working out

Tested them in the store. They sounded better with there Tuned display models, not nearly as good once you use them off your phone. Not worth it. Beats over ear, and beats solo where better.
