The battery does not last near as long as it advertises, the blootooth sucks and half of the time you use these eadphones if you tilt or move your head a certain way all you will hear is static. and finally they are not comfortable at all

It is important that you are using the proper size and the headphones securely fit in the ear. size 7 is featured on the model; three smaller sizes (4,5 & 6) and one larger (8) is included in the packaging. If you experience discomfort wearing the size 7, try the next size down. If you try a smaller size and the headphones fall out easily or the enhancer does not extend fully to the back of the bowl of the ear, you should try a bigger size. Once you've found the right size, it will sound great.

If your product offers stable streaming performance when phone and Bluetooth source are in the same room, with no large objects blocking the line of sight, then your product is performing as specified.
However, your source device might be outdated, and it is always good to keep this updated at all times for best performance.
Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your smartphone or tablet, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem.
