Now the struggle I had to go through while actively trying to give Best Buy my money a nightmare. Process of ordering these online was almost enough to make me never shop with Best Buy again.

Sound and call quality are clear and okay , if you looking for ANC you are in a wrong place!! It is fake and does nothing other than create a fake hush noise and then turn that off!

Not a good one for me compare to the old one!

Then now after 4 months of use, call volume no longer work but if I want to listen to the music, sound volume is minimal and not as loud as before. Earbud doesn't stay in my ear like it should fall off slowly. My previous model was firm on my ear even when I run or lay on the side. The old one I got not this model even was separated in half with the wire connecting still working.

I was Airpods but Now with these JBL’s i love more
