Ear piece won’t stay comfortably fit no matter what size you use. As soon as return deadline passed quality went down dramatically. Pay extra, get a better brand

I purchased it due to its ANC feature but these earbut dont work on call when you are outside. Unable to cancel the outside noise even a light blowing wind disrupts your calls. As far as fitting is concerned they fell off my ear off and on, always be very careful of not getting the buds do not fall off my year. Was not expecting this low quality phone from JBL. Would not recomment to any one.

I actually had a set of Pro 40 ear buds that were half the price and they were much better. Dont waist your money.

I charged them for a few hours and went I tried syncing them to my phone I had no luck. I tried other devices as well just to ensure it wasn’t my phone that was faulty but still had no luck. Save your money and pass on these.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 TWS comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. To switch from Ambient Aware to Active Noise Cancelling on your JBL Vibe Beam 2, tap the left earbud once. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
