    The sound is really clear and loud enough to hear. The only thing that I don’t like is so easy to lose. They are always falling out of my ears.

    I own several JBL products and was hoping to add this piece to the collection... clip4, soundbar, etc. This product lacked any real audio quality. Setup and instructions all were aok. JBL, rethink this option.

    These ear buds worked so great, until one of them stopped working. I troubleshooted with tons of online forums, took all the advice and cannot get one of them to work. Had them for 3 months.

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue.     The wireless range is not more than 30.ft

    The wireless range is.not 800ft as it is described in the specification. The connection will be disturbed after 30 ft range.

    Good value, Bad Earbuds

    The product works great, when they work. From the beginning, I've had issues with one earbud being louder than the other one. I thought that's how they were made. So, I blew it off. Plus, the charging case doesn't flip up fully, so my fat fingers have a hard time getting them out without them slipping out of my hand and falling somewhere. The last issue I have with these is that even though the directions say the earbuds turn off when put in the case, that was true in the beginning. Now my earbuds frequently stay connected to my phone even in the case. This causes the battery to be frequently low or dead even though they are in the case. Oh, and did I mention the earbuds are hard to put in? The earbuds fit me best upside down which defeats the purpose of having a microphone, the main reason I bought these after they were recommended by an online agent.

      Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. Next, you may try to reset it. While both earbuds are out of the charging case, please tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds simultaneously, then put it back in the charging case for 10 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    The sound is not as clear. I've been told it sounds like I'm going through a tunnel. These ear buds were not my first choice but I'll hang on to them.

    Didn't work for me as bass was hardly noticeable no matter what I did. Gave up and got the Beats Studio instead, glad I did.

    Sound does not meet the JBL name. Even downloading the app and adjusting the equalizer its just not great sound. Weird charging case with getting the buds out too. 2 stars better than some bargain buds but I can’t believe they even have the JBL name

    The buds are okay, but they are uncomfortable if you are not used to the silicone adaptors. Also they disconnect very often

    Great audio but they fall out of your ears a lot especially if running or even trying to sing along to a song

    They sound the same as they cost, it's better to pay extra and buy something better, I bought Technick 80s, believe me, heaven and earth

    The highs and mids are ok. The bass is lacking. Not that it was expected to be great I would buy a different pair if I had it to do over
