Got these as backups. They work fine but the sound is kind of muffled but wasn't really expecting the best at this price.
We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam TWS doesn't have the Active Noise Cancelling feature. We recommend our Tune 130NC TWS, Tune 230NC TWS, and JBL Reflect Mini NC as these earbuds have a noise-canceling feature.

Never even could figure out how to use. Would not recommend.
We appreciate your time in providing feedback on our JBL Vibe Beam. This product comes with three different sizes of ear tips that you can choose from. Selecting the right ear tips may help you securely fit them into your ear and prevent the earbuds from protruding. Since the earbuds only produce a sound depending on what the other phone call receives on its mic input, it is likely to be the microphone's input sensitivity settings from the other phone causing it to receive unfiltered background noise.

Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Yes I’m spoiled by apple airpods but I’ve had cheaper headphones give better sound. On pc it was horrible on my iPhone is was not good; better than nothing but took it back few hours later.

These work pretty good but noise canceling could be better !
Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You perfectly get what you pay for. It's a decent earbuds

The 32 hour battery life is a blatant lie and scam. I have to charge these headphones every night and I’ve only had them for three months. The charging case is constantly draining, and when it dies it automatically turns on the headphones so they die as well. Worst pair of headphones I’ve ever owned.

If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit.
