The headset is garbage. Nice quality as far as durability but the sound is truly garbage.

I don't care for these. Person on the other end always says there's static. My last pair were perfect. I'll be purchasing another pair soon because aren't it.

One earphone stopped working within a year

It didn’t last for a year too. One of the earphone is dead already and it already passed the warranty period now. Expected this JBL product to be of better quality.
Waste of money.
Thanks for your Inquiry. For our JBL Vibe Beam, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. They don’t even let you listen to the text on your earpiece with somebody text you and then I’m also having problem connecting it with it now I don’t know what’s going on with it so I will not recommend this had it for 2 months
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our JBL Vibe Beam didn't meet your expectations. Bluetooth works best in open spaces. Walls, other devices, or distance can affect the connection. In this regard, something is likely interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing connection issues. Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Please unpair and re-repair your Bluetooth connection to see if that fixes the problem. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we must determine if the problem is in the source device or the earbuds. Try to connect to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. Tap either the right or left earbud 3x, then press and hold on the third tap for 5 seconds. To be able to listen to text message on your earbuds, you may need to enable the notification on your mobile phone. For further assistance, please contact customer support.

so trash its not even funny, i also never write reviews but these are so bad. dont even waste ur money. Even with 3 sizes of ear tips to choose from its still going to slip out and not fit. Dont waste ur money stick with apple product imo.

Battery problems

After 6 months not charge any more, but previous months work perfectly

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back in the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance.

I am pretty disappointed. They keep falling out of my ears. I don't have big eaes or a head and they keep falling out abd disconnecting.

The sound is terrible if you want to enjoy music, and is hard to get them out of their case I know is no the top tier product , you get what you pay for it

I recently purchased a pair of JBL Earbuds, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These earbuds have exceeded my expectations in several key areas, making them a fantastic addition to my daily life.
First and foremost, the sound quality is exceptional. The JBL Earbuds deliver rich, clear audio with deep bass and crisp highs. Whether I'm listening to music, watching movies, or taking calls, the audio quality is consistently impressive. The noise isolation is also outstanding, allowing me to immerse myself in my music without being distracted by external sounds.
Comfort is another area where these earbuds shine. They come with multiple ear tip options, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for extended periods of use. I've worn them during long flights, workouts, and while working from home, and they've remained comfortable throughout. They're also compact and lightweight, making them easy to carry around and comfortable to wear for extended periods.
