Not a good product it keeps falling out of my ear and the sound and quality is terrible
Thank you for bringing this into our attention regarding the JBL Vibe Beam. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Horrible in fitting inside your ear ...... always falls out of ear
Thanks for your feedback. You may check with other third-party sellers like BestBuy for other generic sizes of ear tips that may fit your ears. You may also check our On-Ear and Over-Ear headphones if our earbuds don't fit.

The order was not delivered to my doorstep, and I didn't find it at my apartment. Best Buy initially said they would send a replacement, but now they won’t.
Thank you for the feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. It is possible that there is something interfering with the wireless Bluetooth signal. Please make sure that there are no other wireless devices, walls, and obstacles near you. Another possibility is that the Bluetooth connection become corrupt. Please try to forget the unit from your device and pair them again by taking out both earbuds from the case and selecting the product under Devices, on your Bluetooth device. Sound is not good, sounds like a cheaper brand , also fit is very uncomfortable even if you change the tips
For your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. I just had these earbuds for not even a whole week. Usually I don’t use these silicone tipped earbuds, but I wanted to try JBL since they are a good brand. Last night I used them and this morning I woke up to my right ear not having enough sound clarity. Don’t buy these ear buds if you want to hear clearly again.

Nice sound but don’t fit my ears and keep falling with every head movement. I cannot imagine jogging with them.
Thanks for your feedback. If the charging case is not charging, try to use a different charger or outlet, and clean the charging port if there is a speck of dirt if necessary. If the buds are not charging, we advise cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. Horrible. Won’t stay charged. Sorry item. Worse item I ever purchased from JBL. Will not purchase again.
Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

bought these in december. it is april and these do not work anymore. randomly would connect while in my pocket and now the case nor headphones take a charge at all.

Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. Did not want to connect to my iPhone and the earbuds hurt my ears.
We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. Please make sure that the earbuds are no longer connected to other source devices. We also recommend performing a reset to bring the earbuds back to their factory settings. Here’s how: while holding the earbuds, tap the touch control two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It may also be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired devices to pair again. Please contact our customer support if you need additional assistance.

Disconnects all the time during calls, and the voice isolation feature does not work during calls.

Super uncomfortable to wear and fall out of my ears.
