    Fedex said item undeliverable because its damaged. Best Buy not replacing product in timely manner. Poor customer service!

      Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with 3 sizes of eartips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support. JBL

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.     Girlfriend dropped one of the ear buds and now it won't work. Pretty disappointed in JBL for this one, most of their products I have purchased work great and are still working.

    Trying these out and I was disappointed with the app, I like a lot of bass and when I punched up the bass it sounded very muddy and no definition. Samsung you need to do better since you own the company. I returned them the next day.

    Earbuds lost

    I opened them and fell out, and when I looked for them, I couldn’t find. I have everything except the earbuds with the black case. I wasted 40 dollars. Not very happy.

    Does not charge all the way and does not hold the charge it does get. I would not buy this product nor recommend to a friend

    I dont care what I did but these will not stay in my ears and keep slipping put. The audio isn’t good either. Will be returning these!

      Thanks for reaching out to us. We're here to help. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the bass is lacking, this might be caused of the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. You may also reset the earbuds by turning it on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
