Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. For unexpected dropping of calls, it's possible that the call drops when your left earbud falls out, causing the touch sensors to activate and possibly bump the earbud twice, triggering a command to end the call unintentionally.

Thank you for your feedback. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
