The connected app is useful for the sound equalizer, as well as a feature to help find the earbuds with a beep if they are misplaced while using them. Big fan!

They fit in my ears and stay, maybe an adjustment or two during a run but overall sturdy. I actually lost my last pair and bought another to replace so I’d definitely buy them again.

Nothing special; does the trick. The cons: The design is awful. For some reason, they are shaped in such a way that they are constantly slipping out of my hands when I go to take them out of the case or out of my ears. Many times I’ve dropped them on the floor of a subway station (and been too grossed out to put them back in until I can clean them). They also don’t sit securely in my ear so I always feel like they’re about to fall out. The Bluetooth connection is also terrible. It is constantly cutting in and out, not only when I’m in crowded areas but also if I simply put my phone in my pocket. They’re driving me crazy and I am replacing them after only month.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, there is likely something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device and perform a manual pairing. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. Did some research and returned them for these JBL one's and its night and day. With the JBL set they are way louder and the BASS is there because of the larger driver.
