The sound quality is definitely lacking. These sound tinny. But you get what you pay for. Needed them in a pinch for the gym and for that, they worked just fine.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback, if you're experiencing unstable connection with our JBL Vibe Beam. We recommend connecting it on other devices to see if the issue will still persist, if it does we recommend resetting the unit to factory default. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.
You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. On the other hand our JBL Vibe Beam is compatible with our JBL Headphones app, the app allows you to modify the EQ settings to produce the sound to your preference.
