If you're experiencing Cracking Issue, please try to connect the earbuds to other source device to see if the issue is within the earbuds or the source device. If the issue still persisted please reset the unit to factory default settings by tapping twice and hold on the third tap on Left/Right earbud while not charging for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue still persist please contact our customer support.
