    The sound quality is decent, they do go pretty far into your ear and for some reason one of them the microphone has stopped working and it has been a little over a month so oh well.

You can also perform a reset by pressing and holding the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds while charging.     I thought because these were JBL, they would be excellent. I found that they were not very loud at all. Struggling to hear most of the time and even with the correct size plastic tips, they didn't want to stay in my ears.

      For your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.     I'm not exactly a big fan of wireless earbuds. They just don't feel comfortable to my ears. But this particular earbud was just pretty average overall and the sound was too bass-heavy for my taste.
