Setup and instructions all were aok. JBL, rethink this option.

Not half the sound as my AirPods. Isn't quite Siri compatible . Headphones take the longest to connect to apple products . But does have a great battery life! One earbuds last 5 hours of nonstop music and being on the phone!

First, forget/unpair the earbuds to the source device. You can manually connect the source device to the product by selecting the product from your Bluetooth list. Next, you may try to reset it, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Terrible product

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible ear buds. -sound is weak, no bass. -disconnects from Bluetooth very frequently, even with streaming device in my pocket. -earbuds start losing stereo functioning! Never had earbuds become out of synch before. -have touch sensitive functionality for ear buds makes NO sense as you have to adjust them frequently. Always inadvertently activating some function just trying to get a better fit. There are such better options in this market. Pay $50 more and get a pair of Jabra which are excellent.

Stopped working

I troubleshooted with tons of online forums, took all the advice and cannot get one of them to work. Had them for 3 months.

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue. Not the JBL you expect

Even downloading the app and adjusting the equalizer its just not great sound. Weird charging case with getting the buds out too. 2 stars better than some bargain buds but I can’t believe they even have the JBL name

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam TWS doesn't have the Active Noise Cancelling feature. We recommend our Tune 130NC TWS, Tune 230NC TWS, and JBL Reflect Mini NC as these earbuds have a noise-canceling feature.

They feel like bobos

The material is very smooth plastic so taking the buds out of the case is difficult. Also the earbuds don’t respond to commands that well and the call quality is horrible. People can’t hear you talking because the background noise is so loud. Spend a few more dollars and get something better.
