Posted .Thank you for the feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. It is possible that there is something interfering with the wireless Bluetooth signal. Please make sure that there are no other wireless devices, walls, and obstacles near you. Another possibility is that the Bluetooth connection become corrupt. Please try to forget the unit from your device and pair them again by taking out both earbuds from the case and selecting the product under Devices, on your Bluetooth device. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. Please be advised that your JBL Vibe Beam comes with one (1) year standard warranty, to initiate a claim, please contact us.

You may choose the right size for your ears and gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to give you the best seal and secure fit. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Not worth it

Samsung you need to do better since you own the company. I returned them the next day.

Pretty disappointed in JBL for this one, most of their products I have purchased work great and are still working.

First, try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. Does not hold a charge

If the buds are not charging, we advise cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case and see if it will charge.
