To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend connecting the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Horrible Ear Buds!

Connectivity problems

You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit for your ears so that they do not fall out. Bad quality audio

Posted .Thanks for reaching out to us. We're here to help. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the bass is lacking, this might be caused of the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. You may also reset the earbuds by turning it on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps didn't work, for further assistance, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat - Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST).

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. For unexpected dropping of calls, it's possible that the call drops when your left earbud falls out, causing the touch sensors to activate and possibly bump the earbud twice, triggering a command to end the call unintentionally.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
