Great earbuds, good quality

They aren't noise cancelling which is what I wanted so I could still hear what's going on around me. Good quality, would buy again. The salesman was very helpful with me making the purchase.

Fumbling to Charge

My issue is gow rhe earbuds come in and out of the charger. They are not well marked or color coded for each side. It is a bit of a struggle to put the buds in the charger. Fumbling to put then in the correct side. It would be better if there was some sort of spring that would assist them out of the case. Still pretty good for the price.

Sound quality is great, mics are good except for windy conditions. App is just okay. I do like the eq but sometimes it can be buggy. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

JBL is opening the market for quality earbuds for marketable retail prices. If you can find them on sale. I highly recommend getting a pair for self or for future gifts. They are worth it.

Slippery, too smooth

The case and the ear buds. The way they fit in the case always confuses me too. I usually have to fiddle with them to put them back.

Lost my airpod pros and these are about a 4th of the price and are 10x better. Theres an app that allows you to change the equalizer settings, which is a huge game changer.
