    Its sounds good but aftter i got it both ears are working fine the next day it stopped working only one ear working now

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance. JBL

    You will get an ear infection with these dont buy started with itchy burning feeling then started to leak fluid from ear

    Works well other my iPhone but I bought them to use with my iPad Air and they will not connect to my iPad

      When connecting the JBL Vibe Beam to your iPad, there shouldn't be any compatibility issues. However, while attempting to connect, it's important to check the LED behavior of the earbuds. If you notice a solid blue light, it means the earbuds are already connected to another source device. To resolve this, locate the source device that is connected and turn off Bluetooth on that device. In addition, please ensure that the Bluetooth is turned off on nearby devices to avoid interfering with your connection. If the issue continues, you can factory reset the JBL Vibe Beam by double-tapping the button at any side, then hold it for 5 seconds on your third tap. Resetting the earbuds removes their previous pairings and requires them to be paired again with your devices. Should you find that the same issue occurs, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance. JBL

If you are experiencing charging issues, please try cleaning the contacts and pins with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. For sound issues, check the balance control in your device's settings, the EQ settings, and the JBL Headphones App. To reset the earbuds, tap them twice and hold on the third tap for more than five seconds while they are powered on. Then, place them back in the case and close the lid. You may need to 'forget' the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth settings to pair them again. If you need further assistance, please contact us. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. JBL

    I recently picked up the JBL Vibe Beam True Wireless Earbuds in Black from Best Buy, and they’ve exceeded my expectations.     Purchased the JBL Vibe Beam for $15 off and well worth it. I usually get cheap...I mean real cheap ear buds. Like the no-name ones from the pharmacy stores or discount clothes stores. I'll get wired or wireless. Mostly I do this because I expect to either lose the earbuds, or have them crap out at some point. Of course the wireless ones never work out very well, there are always connectivity issues (I have realistic expectations for sound quality though and am ok with less than stellar audio, so long as I can hear it). So I decided to get name brand buds and went with the JBLs because they were on sale. So far after just a week of use I like the JBL Vibe Beam a lot. They have a really good full sound and I like that I can adjust the EQ setting in the app. The sound is clear and balanced. I think if I paid full price I may have been underwhelmed with the sound, but these are definitely better than the cheapo buds I am used to (can buds sound $100 better?? I've never tried higher end buds so I don't know). I don't have an opinion on charge time yet, I think the longest i've had them in is about 40 minutes. The ear buds are easy to insert in my ears and they are comfortable. I have not had any issues with them falling out during brisk walks although the left bud feels a little looser than the right. You should definitely follow the direction and give the buds a small twist up so the beam is pointing more toward your chin than straight down. This seems to secure them a little better. I actually tried twisting them so that the beam is pointing up. This actually feels very secure, but access to the touch pad is hindered this way. I'm still getting used to the touch pads and have been successful with pausing and skipping tracks and changing volumes. I think I would like a more tactile experience with this. It's a blind shot hitting the target with the tip of your finger. I feel that sometime I miss the mark and tap again only to realize I have just tapped twice and I meant to tap once. Not a deal breaker for me though. Eventually I will get used to it. One other issue I have is that it is difficult to remove the buds from the charging case (maybe my fingertips are defective). There is not much to grip on to when you want to take them out. Once I do get them out, they pair automatically to my iPhone and the connectivity has been excellent while in use. Also, suggestion for all earbud mfg, can you provide a color indication on which bud is right and which one is left? I usually replace right-side rubber tip with either red or white (red is right or white is right). Those are minor gripes for the price point I purchased these. Overall, these are very good earbuds and hope I can enjoy them for a long time.

      Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with a choice of 3 sizes of ear tips (S, M, and L). You may choose the right size for your ears and gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to give you the best seal and secure fit.     I absolutely love these headphones! They are comfortable, have great bass and the music is very clear! They also have different sizes and options which is amazing because my ears are small haha. The battery life is excellent! Over all I am very satisfied and will definitely be purchasing more!

    Premium feel and pretty good sound quality. I love the design they fit perfectly in my ear with no discomfort even when wearing for long periods of time. My only complaint is a bit of latency and a slightly lower maximum volume than I'd hope for, but for the price, these are amazing earbuds. After a few months with these, I may even consider giving JBL's higher end earbuds a try.
